About The Lean Startup

Eric Ries's The Lean Startup (2011) introduced the Build-Measure-Learn framework for entrepreneurship under uncertainty — the idea that startups should rapidly build minimum viable products, measure their actual impact, and use that data to decide whether to persevere or pivot. It became one of the most influential management books of the 2010s, spawning a global movement of lean startup methodology workshops, accelerators, and corporate innovation programs.
