About Innovator Series
Clayton M. Christensen's The Innovator's Dilemma (1997) introduced the theory of disruptive innovation — how new entrants with initially inferior products can displace established incumbents by attacking from below. The Innovator's Solution (2003) and Competing Against Luck (2016) extended the framework into prescriptive advice and the 'jobs to be done' theory of customer motivation.
