About Good to Great
Jim Collins's Good to Great (2001) presents the findings of a five-year study of companies that made sustained transitions from good to great performance, identifying Level 5 Leadership, the Hedgehog Concept, the Flywheel, and other recurring patterns. Collins followed it with Great by Choice (2011) and co-authored Built to Last (1994) with Jerry Porras, together constituting the most influential empirical research program in modern management writing.
